Maa Sharika Samman committee has desired that we seek nominations from Executive committee members.
Accordingly, we invite nominations in respect of prospective awardees who have achieved excellence in their respective field of work in the following categories :-
Social Services to community, more specifically in the Faridabad region
Professional excellence in Medicine, Engineering, Architecture, Science and Technology
Art, Culture and Languages and Journalism.
Any other field/s, not specified, but subject to committee recommendations Entrepreneurs, Bureaucrats, Environmentalists etc.
Awards can also be given posthumously
Maa Sharika Samman "Bhavishya" for those in the age group of 15 to 25.

While forwarding the names kindly include the following information
Outstanding contributions in the specified field
Any award/s received in the past.
Contribution to Society/Nation
Indicate why the nominated individual/group deserves the said award. Relevant annexures/documents etc can be added to reflect the work/achievements and recognition of the candidate.
